The Unit tasks
The work and tasks of the skills development unit in the college are related to the tasks and work plans of the skills development unit in the Deanship of Quality and Development
1. Developing mechanisms to measure the training needs in the areas of quality and teaching among the targeted groups of university employees.
2. Develop an annual training plan that includes a full description of all training programs to be offered by the university.
3. Developing quality training programs to become a unit with a local reputation that enables it to hold courses for colleges, other universities and civil society organizations.
4. Developing mechanisms to measure the impact of training on the quality of performance and the educational process at Najran University.
5. Developing mechanisms for the continuous development of the training programs offered by the university.
6. Improving the developmental capabilities of faculty members to enable them to improve the quality of education outcomes.
7. Developing and improving academic and administrative leadership capabilities at Najran University.
8. Preparing training cadres in the areas of quality and capacity development.
9. Developing human resources within the scope of the job and working to develop their capabilities.
